shucked oysters. Why not try the Doherty Gourmet
Seafood Platter, with fresh oysters, salmon,

Situated on the main terrace overlooking Georges
Bay, The Deck seats 250 guests for lunch, coffee,
light meals/snacks and dinner. |

Seating 120 guests, this superb restaurant is open
for breakfast and dinner. Indulge in contemporary
Australian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local
seafood and fine Tasmanian produce, whilst enjoying
the open log fire or views over Georges Bay. The Doherty
